HOW TO FREEZE COOKED LOBSTER

Cooked lobster not used within 4-5 days may be frozen

  1. Wash in cold water.
  2. Place side by side in storage container in usable quantities.
  3. Place in freezer and freeze solid.
  4. Cover frozen lobster with ice cold water.
  5. Place container in freezer and freeze water solid. (This prevents dehydration)
  6. The storage container may be removed. Wrap block in heavy foil or poly film.
