Cooked lobster not used within 4-5 days may be frozen
- Wash in cold water.
- Place side by side in storage container in usable quantities.
- Place in freezer and freeze solid.
- Cover frozen lobster with ice cold water.
- Place container in freezer and freeze water solid. (This prevents dehydration)
- The storage container may be removed. Wrap block in heavy foil or poly film.
