CUSTOM CUTTING AND SMOKING

Custom cutting is $1.50/lb. which includes cutting of fish , either steaking or filleting and cryovacing of the product.

Custom smoking is $3.00/lb which includes cold smoke,
or the three varieties of hot smoked, which are:

  • Hot smoked (hickory)
  • Hot spiced (peppercorn covered and smoked with temperature to cook as well)
  • and our favourite honey garlic.

All smoking is custom cut to the customers size preferance and sealed in a cryovac package. This must be kept frozen for health reasons .
